[Important] We are moving our website (about order history and wish list)

Thank you for using Rewind.

I know it’s sudden, but I’d like to inform you that we will be moving our main store soon.
In order to make your shopping experience smoother and more secure, we will be moving our system soon!

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we will be temporarily suspending accepting orders according to the following schedule.

TOC

System migration schedule (planned)

Feb. 24 Website temporarily closed

March 3 Renewal opening

Please note that the schedule is subject to change.

During the suspension of the web store, InfoBase, YouTube, and various social networking sites will still be up and running, so please check there for the latest information.

This move will solve the problem of many customers experiencing very slow behavior when proceeding to the payment stage when placing an order.

As this is a completely new system, we would appreciate it if our regular customers could understand the following points in advance.

Requests to everyone

Please backup your order history if you need them.

If you re-register with the same email address after the new system is implemented, your order history will be transferred, but some information will not be transferred due to the complete system switch (payment information, shipping method, etc.).
If you still have your order confirmation email, you can use that, but if you have been managing your order information in your account history, please consider making a backup (screenshot, etc.) just in case.

Please back up your wish list.

Your wish list will not be transferred. Please consider backing up.

After the new site opens, please register again to become a member.

The membership registration system has also changed, so we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you register again after the new site opens.
You will be able to check your past orders with the same email address you used when you registered from the member page.

First, we’re aiming for site design that will allow you to enjoy the site as much as before, and then we’re planning to gradually update the site to make it even more useful.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope that you will bear with us as we work to make your yo-yo experience even better.

Thank you for your patience.
