The yo-yo does a half circle in front of your body.

1. Hold the yo-yo like you would for a Sleeper.

2. Hold the pose and shift your arm to your side.

3. Check to make sure your arm is in line with your body.

4. Throw the yo-yo to the side.

5. Keep it moving in a half circle.

6. Catch the yo-yo after it goes above your shoulder.

Start with a careful slow throw.
Keep your eye on the yo-yo at all times.
