1. Make sure the string is coming over the top of the yo-yo.2. Keep your palm up, make a muscle and throw down.
3. Let the yo-yo spin at the bottom of the string for 5 seconds. 4. Turn your palm down and pull up to catch. |

Throw straight ahead.
Aim toward the ground 2 meters ahead.
The state of the yo-yo spinning at the bottom of the string is called “Sleep.”
