Amongst the materials used to make yo-yos, none is held in higher regard than titanium. Light but durable, stronger than any other material, titanium models have slowly started turning up in many high-end lineups, thanks to advances in manufacturing techniques.<\/p>\n

Japan Technology has taken all of their know-how and turned out a real masterpiece, all while avoiding the “Ti” pun trope. The Ribira is one of the best yo-yos we’ve seen, boasting the kind of performance that will hold up against top-class yo-yos for years to come. This is going to be hard to beat!<\/p>\n

With Shaqshine, Japan Technology has finally arrived at the pinnacle of Bimetal potential.<\/p>\n

There are now many yo-yos out there that fall under the “bimetal” category, combining different metals in interesting ways to draw the most out of the materials. With Shaqshine, Japan Technology has created the bimetal embodiment of “high performance.”<\/p>\n

The main body is machined from A300, the same high-end material used for the FiReal. Combined with the stainless steel rim, Shaqshine is the first bimetal yo-yo to combine these two metals.<\/p>\n
