Do a total of 3 round trips over your hand and catch. Don&#8217;t count the first Throwdown.<\/p>\n<p>Notice:<br \/>\nAt first, throw the yo-yo gently.<br \/>\nImportant to keep the yo-yo from tilting off to the side.
