Superstar

The flagship model of YoYoFactory gets a bimetal version!
Since the first lot was release in 2008, the Superstar has seen several iterations, being reborn with each new innovation as the design evolved over the years. Finally the Superstar gets stainless steel wings to make the first bimetal version! When bimetal yo-yos first became popular, they expensive and difficult to make perfectly balanced. Now that the production methods have been perfected, YoYoFactory has created a top-class yo-yo if can be proud to call its flagship model, without the top-class price tag.

All of the theories behind the Superstar have been tweaked to suit its new materials. The unique H-profile has been rounded into an almost step-round shape, with a wide, shallow groove added to the profile. Thanks to these changes, YoYoFactory has pulled the maximum power out of the new Superstar. In addition, the side face has evolved from totally flat to a concave face, which both moves the weight from the center to the heavier rim for added power, and makes top-on style horizontal tricks even easier than before. You can rely on the new Superstar to help widen your horizons and improve your craft.

Mighty Flea

mightyflea

The size of a quarter, the Mighty Flea is the world’s smallest yo-yo that can be thrown professionally.

An update from the popular mighty flea of yesteryear, the 2013 version has been redesigned to have a wing shape. It’s like someone miniturized an 888!

It might be the size of a 10-yen coin, but it’s solid metal with a miniature ball bearing; a tiny yo-yo you can actually use. You can see from the photos that this yo-yo really is tiny. But with its ball bearing and specially made 4-count string, you’ll be surprised that this flea throws down tricks with the best of them! lacerations, gyros, even grinding, the flea can handle them all. Thanks to the (relatively) wide gap, you’ll land tricks more often than you’d expect. Probably the hardest tricks of them all would be catching and binding, due to its diminutive stature. To be honest, at first, binding and rewinding the string is downright difficult! Not just a yo-yo for collections or playing, this yo-yo can unlock new skills and hone them to a fine point; competition-level players can definitely benefit from practicing with the mighty flea.

Probably the most impressive feature of this radical yo-yo is its potential. So different from a regular yo-yo, the mighty flea is a treasure trove of tricks that have yet to be discovered.

The flea comes with two of its special strings (none are initially attached to the yo-yo itself) and a small carrying pouch.

This yo-yo is truly tiny, so be careful where you put it; we wouldn’t want it rolling into some dark corner of your bookshelf never to be seen again!

Nightmare

The Dream Series first bimetal model.

The Dream Series was established to explore the qualities of yo-yo materials. Up until now, the series focused on individual materials, such as the Titanium Dream and Aluminum Dream. The Nightmare is the first of the series to combine materials, but they all have the same shape and size, giving you a rare opportunity to truly feel the difference between the different materials.

In terms of power, “lightweight yo-yos will always lose to heavyweight models” was common sense until the development of bimetal yo-yos. Now you can have the best of both worlds, and the Nightmare is really the ideal shape and size to get the most out of a bimetal design. The outer rim is completely made from stainless steel, delivering full power and stability in a compact size that fits easily into anyone’s hand and show them the qualities that have made bimetal throws so popular.

Well suited for any play style, Nightmare provides infinite support for players of all kinds and skill levels. The Dream Series is all about “heart,” and Nightmare speaks to the heart of what YoYoFactory is really about. With all the potential the Nightmare packs, this yo-yo can easily become your next main model.

Replay PRO (Electric Glow Collection)

replaypro
A thick, powerful throw that you’ll feel up into your fingertips, Replay PRO is the new signature model for 2014 World Champion, Gentry Stein.

Switching to injection molding has allowed YoYoFactory to offer you the Gentry Stein’s newest signature model for even less than before. This PRO model comes loaded with a Center Trac bearing and is set for bind response, giving you pro settings right out of the box.

Although YYF released the original Replay in 2010, this yo-yo boasts a completely different spec sheet, and the two are really not comparable to each other. The PRO has a rounded H-profile similar to the Too H.O.T. and Cypher, with a super thick rim to put as much weight into the wings as possible. at 69 grams, Replay PRO has a weight to it that you don’t expect from a plastic yo-yo, and it has the stability to prove it.

Play for FUN
Play to WIN
Play for KEEPS
Play AGAIN

is the catchphrase of the Replay PRO. From beginners to performers to competitive players, including those who are picking up a yo-yo after a long break, the Replay is here to help you play again.

*While supplies last, we will be sending out a custom Gentry Stein postcard with each Replay PRO!
