It’s the end of April already! Six exciting regional contests are over and now it’s time for the 2014 Japan National Yo-Yo Contest. Everything’s moving so fast that we know it’s hard to keep up, but we’re here to help you out by delivering a summary of JN related information all in one handy post!

Live Stream Details

As announced on the JN website (English version), the stream for this year’s JN Finals on Sunday, May 4th (Japan time) will be broadcast live on famous video website (think “Japanese YouTube”) NicoNico. You’ll need a free account to watch, so get ready and register now. When we have a link to the stream we will post on social media to keep you guys in the loop. Also, if there is a stream on Saturday we will definitely let you know. Keep a lookout!

You’ve heard about it on YoYoFactory’s Instagram #yyficon. You’ve seen that irresistible, vibrant colorway. Are you ready for the YoYoFactory Icon Collection? It will simultaneously release at the REWIND booth at JN and REWIND worldwide.

C3yoyodesign Level 6 JN, Team C3 Japan Special Editions

Also to be released at JN are two brand new versions of C3yoyodesign’s popular model Level 6: JN Special Edition and Team C3 Japan Special Edition. They’ll only be available in Japanese yo-yo stores so look for it at REWIND Worldwide after JN.

Last but certainly not least, we want to remind you that REWIND staff members Kazuki Okada and Shinya Kido will be fighting it out on stage at Japan Nationals this weekend. They’ll be competing for the win in the 1A Division so be sure to show your support!
